It's an exciting week in April, with weeds to pull, mulch to spread, meals to plan, and Holy Week ahead and the anticipation of children and grandchildren. There are expectations, such as the traditional candy Easter Eggs, with some preferring peanut butter to coconut filling; and sugar cookies in the shapes of bunnies, lambs, tulips, etc. And there will be time to take an almost two-year-old around the yard and show him the miracles of new growth sprouting out of the dirt. Togetherness, and thankfulness. Resurrection, and restorative pie. What will your spring bring?
