When it comes to pie, it's all about the crust - homemade knocks it out of the park, and store-bought is a mediocre substitute.
I am a mother of four, an artist, a writer, and I also make pie, and have decided to share the love by teaching the lost art of pie-making . "Saving the world one pie at a time" may be overstating my goal a bit. But really, who doesn't love pie? My goal is to replace the fear of baking with fun.
